A puppy is not reserved until MeadowNest confirms the buyer, puppy, deposit terms, and written agreement. Availability can change while a family is still asking questions.

Final payment timing, accepted payment methods, and delivery requirements are stated before handoff. The buyer receives all records and agreement documents before or at delivery.

Buyers are responsible for scheduling their own vet visit after delivery, following feeding transition guidance, continuing vaccines and parasite prevention with their vet, and maintaining grooming and socialization routines.

The signed agreement controls final sale terms and is reviewed carefully before delivery is scheduled.
